What’s happening inside
Baby is yawning, stretching, and hiccupping. Ears are in their final position. The baby can now hear more clearly — loud sounds may startle them.
How you might feel
Movement sensations become more distinct. First-time pregnancies often feel quickening around 18 to 22 weeks.
